Meringue Ghost Brownies

Meringue ghosts “float” on top of decadent, fudgy brownies. Spectacularly spooky! These are a great treat to make with the kids. This recipe is created by us and sponsored by Kenwood.

Ingredients

  • For the marshmallow ghosts:
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 180g caster sugar
  • 25g white chocolate, melted
  • 5g dark chocolate, melted
  • For the brownies:
  • 300g good quality dark chocolate, roughly broken up
  • 125g unsalted butter
  • 200g granulated white sugar
  • 100g soft light brown sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 125g plain flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • For the marshmallow ghosts:
